For orders that have been shipped, we cannot cancel the order for you. If you need to cancel the order, please contact binben2022@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise our return process will apply.
About Returns
Within 30 days after receiving the order. Customers have the right to ask us to return all unused items in their original packaging.

Packages are returned for a refund due to wrong address/unable to contact recipient, etc.
Usually, if the package fails to be delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse of the logistics company. If you are requesting a refund, you will need to follow our return process after signing for the package to return the package, but no return fee will be charged.

How to return
Please do not return your product directly to us without first contacting our customer service team as this will affect the processing time of your return or exchange request.
1. Contact us at binben2022@outlook.com to start returning. Include your order number, the name and quantity of the item being returned, a picture of the package (the entire package).
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. We will process your refund within 7 days after receiving your package, and the refund will be refunded in the same payment method as your original order.
Late or lost refunds
